Privacy policy

Effective June 10, 2026

The short version

This site collects almost nothing. Your email address, only if you ask for the free workbook. And anonymous, aggregate page counts (which pages get read, roughly how many times) via Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless, no personal identifiers, nothing stored in your browser. No ad pixels, no cross-site tracking. Reading this site is anonymous.

What we collect

  • Email address and consent — only when you submit the workbook download form.
  • Basic technical details with that submission — your IP address and browser type, used solely to prevent spam and abuse of the form.

What we do with it

  • Record that you requested the workbook.
  • Occasionally email you about this workbook and closely related resources — the thing you checked the box for.

Your email is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. It is stored in the automation and email tooling we use to operate this site, and nowhere else.

Cookies and tracking

No cookies, ever. Page views are counted in aggregate by Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no visitor profiles — it tells us "the workload library was read 40 times this week," never who read it. That's also why there is no cookie banner: nothing is stored on your device, so there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

  • Unsubscribe — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored immediately.
  • Access or deletion — use the contact form and we will tell you what we hold about you or delete it, usually within a few days.

External links

This site links to other sites (research papers, the wider ecosystem). Their privacy practices are their own — check their policies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. We won't quietly start collecting more than described above.

Day One Leader — start small, measure honestly, and keep humans accountable where judgment matters.
